Led by restaurateur Ted Chang, the kitchen draws from across China — Sichuan heat, Cantonese precision, modern fusion — built on fresh ingredients and time-honored technique.
The range of the menu
From spicy braised beef and boiled fish with Szechuan pickles to honey walnut shrimp and crispy peppercorn chicken — the menu refuses to be pinned down. Weekday lunches add rice and soup to every entrée.
